Hmmm.. Seems I recently read something about storm clouds, thunder and wind but no rain...
This really should be a simple thing. A judge can only do anything within his area of responsibility. If he really feels the injunction should be more, he has a direct line to a superior court, who can make an immediate emergency ruling on a wider injunction. And if they feel it should be wider/nationwide, they can make an immediate emergency appeal to district/Supremes for that.
And if any judges start abusing this, then the higher courts will probably just start auto-declining all of their attempts.
Wake me when Pres. Trump vocally dismisses the Courts activism & over-reach.
I hold ZERO hope the (R)N(C) would dare lift a finger to reign in the courts, let alone impeach these rogue judges, as past inaction indicates.
Bookmarked!
Neil Gorusch was a Kennedy clerk and Kennedy guy. He has absolutely nothing to so with Scalia.
RBG is 86 and Breyer is 81. That’s why the 2020 Presidential election is vital.
Gorsuch is responsible for the 8th Circuit, and Thomas for the 11th circuit.

But the biggest troublemaker is the 9th circuit, under Kagan.
Since congress controls the subordinate courts, once the House and Senate are both in Republican hands, their respective judiciary committees should be the ones to put these petty tyrants in their place.
Great article!!
