Both parties colluded to abrogate the Constitution.
Obama is not a natural born citizen.
They all knew.
President Trump is virtually alone in the District of Corruption in not being complicit in violating the Constitution.
Exposing the truth would bring down the government.

This does sum up the activities of AG Barr, to date. He has spent the better part of 2 years pondering the “predication” of the acts by the DS. Why would he take the IG’s word for anything. IG is not a prosecutor. Some day it may all happen. Why DJT would wait until the DS gets to him is beyond my comprehension. If you read the Q posts, "The Plan" mostly consisted of using the same old corrupt institutions (FBI, DOJ), infuse new blood, and bring about justice.
I don't think it is going to work.

Exposing the truth would bring down the government. Maybe. Maybe not. I think the Federal government would survive just fine. The coup plotters will be of the highest rank (members of Congress, a former President and former Secretary of State, the former heads of the FBI and CIA, and other Deep State players), but if it isn't done, then we are finished as a nation.
