Security around the Presidential helicopters was TIGHT. They were cordoned off, with two armed guards 24/7. The dummy XO tried to cross the cordon and found himself looking down the barrel of a M1911. His protest of “I’m the Executive Officer” was responded to with “One more step and you’ll be the dead Executive Officer”.
I guess they’ve loosened up on security a bit. BTW, a dishonorably discharged Marine forfeits his rights to be called a Marine.
