Someone born and raised in Oakland CA and having worked in Portland OR is IMO not a good choice for a Philly top cop. I don’t think she has the wherewithal to deal with the East Coast criminal mentality. We shall see.

She will fit right in with the new mayor and the new DA, neither of whom want the police to arrest anyone, unless they are white and murder 15 black people with an AR-15 in the court house.
