The house was LISTED as $14,000 sale price BECAUSE it is a RENTAL ONLY PROPERTY that rents for $14,000 a month.

I believe Doctors, Nurses, and Lawyers are given that short course on basically how to wear the uniform and military customs and courtesy. My former enlisted good friend went to the infantry officers course and said it was much harder than basic training (boot camp). Thanks for your service Dr.

Yes, officers run through a type of Officer’s Candidates School in various flavors in different services.
Interestingly, Hunter Biden first came in as a Limited Duty Officer, then brought on as a Regular Commissioned Officer by Obama, though I’m unsure as to his MOS. Came in at age 42 with past drug related convictions, which is rather unique.
Booted out Dishonorable Discharge about 8 months later on positive cocaine charge.

Some big time criminals have gone to jail for tax evasion instead of a lot of criminal activity.
Easy to document, prove and you don’t need years of a Grand Jury to find them guilty.
