She is trying to keep the issue alive. If it goes to the Senate it is over and done with. Goes into the nothing-burger category to rot.

Fraud is a polite word for the actions of Schwiftynads! The legal repercussions could well be lethal repercussions.

18 U.S. Code §ection  2384: Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

And the FBI is an armed Federal Agency complicit in fraud and felony violation of 18 U.S. C. S.  2384.

The Constitution says NOTHING about “sending the articles over.” The House already impeached the President. Per the Constitution, the ball is now in the Senate’s court. McConnell should have stated that fact on December 18th, and set a date for the trial in the Senate already. It would have robbed Pelosi of her stall tactic.

There are basically 2 arguments:

1. No impeachment until sent over to the Senate.

2. Impeachment is done, time for the Senate to act, no “send over” is needed.

I think the evidence is on #2. Because of what you said. The Constitution says nothing about “sending”.

The Senate should start sending out subpoenas and taking testimony with Federal Marshals hauling in any of the idiots like Hunter Biden and Joe Biden who have no BS immunity from being hauled in during a session of the House like Nancy and Schiff do.

Do not bet the farm that the immunity that Schiff and Pelosi is unlimited:

Article V, Bill of Rights: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger. ... .

#12 is the answer. Pelosi has control of how events will unfold. The longer she holds them, the more likely Romney, Collins, Murkowski and four or five others will support what she and Schumer want. She and Chuck have Mitch over a barrel.
