When is somebody going to be nailed to the barn door? Well now Bar says the Durham report will come out late next spring or maybe early next summer. And we can’t possibly get through the early motions of any charges he brings before the election. And if Trump wins, then we can have a trial up the coup conspirators in DC where they vote 93% Hillary.

In short, nobody will ever be nailed to the barn door. That’s why they’re so arrogant.

“”””In the Order, the FISA court claims the first time they heard of problems with the Carter Page FISA warrants was when Horowitz testified last week.

WTF?””””””””””

So they never heard of the report Nunes wrote two years ago?

I am an uneducated deplorable and I knew it.

In other words, they have utterly no after-the-fact review process for one of the most intrusive actions the fedgov can take.

Pitiful.

That’s it? That’s all they are going to do? They just want to know how the FBI is going to keep it from happening again? Those black robes seem to hide clown suits. The people will never respect the courts since the court obviously has no respect for itself.

What a half-arsed response! Any other Judge in America would have hauled them before the court, found them in contempt, referred criminal charges, and quashed the warrants.

No. See post #11. DoJ told FISC in October before the IG report was completed. Sounds like Barr & the boys dropped a dime.

I believe it is a good thing the Durham report will be released in Spring 2020. The closer to the election the better. That goes for Barr’s report as well.

- -Judge Rosemary Collyer...not in a good mood here... --

She's invested in the myth that federal government is fundamentally honest.

Probably listens to NPR.
