I see nothing problematic about it. If he would have said, "we needed her “out of the way” - and nothing more, then yes, that statement would be problematic. But we need to read the entire statement to have context. I.e., "we needed her “out of the way” because she would make the investigation into the Bidens “difficult for everybody.”

Yovanovitch needed to be removed for many reasons most critical she was denying visas to Ukrainians who wanted to come to US and explain Dem corruption in Ukraine. She was OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE and that’s not the only thing she was doing. She at minimum enabled Ukrainian collusion.

I’m not sure Rudy is doing Trump any favors.
Rudy says he has evidence Marie Yov perjured herself; she kept Ukraine folks from coming to USA to testify for the President. Is Rudy going to present the evidence for the Senate or is this going to be given to Durham? I really don’t like him on TV blasting he has 4 witnesses, all that he has. Those witnesses could disappear all of a sudden.
I also don’t like the comment he made about Marie saying “needed her out of the way” to pursue Biden.
The most critical is that she coordinated NABU in framing Manafort to disrupt Trump’s campaign. That’s plain treason.
He needs to brig forth his evidence.
Why? Do you think all the treason should go unnoticed?

One thing that seems to support my theory is the way Guiliani and Nunes get portrayed whenever they go on the attack.
As soon as they go on the attack, the guys telling the truth are so easily portrayed by the media as the bad guys, the attackers. It’s like - shoot the messenger.
So, what I think is going on here is that President Trump is waiting out the storm until such time as the truth can come to light without him being portrayed as “the attacker, the bad guy”. The public has to be prepped first.
In a sense, I think Rudy Giuliani is serving the role of the “canary in the coal mine”. Coal miners would test the air by seeing if a canary could survive breathing it, before they would advance further into the mine.
Giuliani goes on the attack, the MSM destroys him, makes him look like he’s a nut case conspiracy wack job. Even Trump supporters join in, saying Rudy should keep his mouth shut. Team Trump says “OK, it’s too soon to attack. The public isn’t ready”. They pull back and regroup. Giuliani disappears from the news for awhile. Then they’ll use him to test the air again in a month or two.

Trump is being impeached because he’s an outsider who might and has exposed some of the scams and swindles the congresscritters are doing to the US taxpayers. They are terrified of him.

I certainly agree with that theory....
Fox rarely, if ever, did investigative journalism.
I believe this is PDJT’s strategy to reverse the “death by a thousand cuts” strategy of the Dems. And it’s a threat to call Rudy as a witness, should witnesses be allowed in the impeachment trial. Think Perry Mason (I hope).
Personally, I think what Rudy is doing, is going in to places and digging up dirt and then “leaking” info, to see where that info makes it back to.
He knows who he leaks it to, then looks for it to show up somewhere. From there he finds the entire chain, start to finish. Exposing the moles.
