IOW, the French idea about what constitutes negotiating in good faith is, the US has to accept non-negotiable demands for whatever they want prior to engaging in fake negotiations.
Let their public sector unions and the Yellow Vests and the yoots burn France to the ground.

Okay...
WTF is “International Tax Reform”? This is the first I heard of it, and if it means signing onto some international tax treaty of some kind, I would be dead set against it, because this sounds like a basis for the Global Warming Alarmists to levy global taxes.
What is this?
