You can’t micro manage every business in America, from Washington DC. You can’t micro manage the details of running every business from a bureaucrat’s office.””

Let’s apply Warren’s idiot thinking to the real world:

I was working part time when I was 16. Friend of Mother owned a bar/restaurant in Madison,Wis. IF Wisconsin won a football game, I got called in to bus tables & wash dishes. IF Wisconsin lost a football game, you could go bowling inside the same restaurant. Nice extra cash for a high school junior living on a dairy farm.

I started working FULL TIME at age 17 & 9 months.

I am still doing bookkeeping for one client-—at age 80.

I remember the following events:

I moved to California in Feb of 1964. Got a GOOD job at a major American company immediately. Applied on Monday & was working on Tuesday. My mother died of acute alcoholism 3 weeks later. I wasn’t going to lose a very good job right after such a major move-—but the department head insisted I go back to Wisconsin & deal with the events there. I was allowed extra time & I drove back, bringing more of my personal items on that trip. Certainly, neither I nor my employer could have predicted that death & it’s timing in my life.

An employee where I worked committed suicide & his work had to be done by others in his department & all were very busy. -—with sudden schedule changes.

An employee was arrested for Welfare fraud—She was collecting welfare benefits in 2 states—Illinois & California. Her work load had to be spread among the other 3 of us in that department & we were working overtime to accomplish that. I was also attending night school 2 nights a week when that happened. Still maintained a 4.0 grade.

An employee went on her honeymoon & drowned in the ‘7 Waterfalls’ in Hawaii. Her work load had to be spread immediately among the other 7 in her department. It was a very technical accounting job & it took awhile to find a replacement for her.

The partner in a busy auto parts store/machine shop had a heart attack AT THE FRONT COUNTER...and a retiree was called in until another full time person could be hired. I was the new hire.... a job I sometimes held when not doing accounting.

When I was self-employed-—I got called by a CPA friend on a Sunday & asked to go to a certain business Monday AM & try to straighten out their books & records. That owner’s prior bookkeeper had quit. It turned out she was embezzling. I worked there 7 days a week straight until we got a handle on what was happening. I took care of all my other clients after that business closed at the end of the day. They were very accommodating for me. She never got prosecuted-—but I certainly learned alot about how embezzling can happen.

I know of other instances where employees were in auto accidents-—some survived—some did not. Their work had to be handled in SOME WAY OR OTHER.

Truck driver at seasonal business got arrested for DUI. Owner who normally worked counter had to drive truck-—very busy spring season. I rescheduled MY clients to spend more time at that business so Wife could work counter & I did all the bookkeeping paperwork that she usually prepped for me to finish.

There have been instances I remember where a plane full of company directors & department heads have gone down in a plane crash-—Could ANYONE have predicted that to ‘schedule 2 weeks in advance”?

WARREN: People who work sometimes have sudden events where NOTHING can be predicted & schedules cannot be adhered to.

American business has always survived by being able to make decisions on the fly.

Since YOU cannot even keep your own HERITAGE & ANCESTRY straight-—I would bet that you cannot do this kind of ‘scheduling’ you are demanding.

STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE.......

To quote that old song, with just a pronoun change....”And she can’t even run her own life, I’ll be damned if she’ll run mine.”

STROKE OF A PEN:

Change the 15 to 5...and now you have almost every employer in the USA under your thumb.

I live east of Donner Summit.....south of I-80.

Weather with the storms chasing each other into the west coast have caused lots of delays on I-80 and elsewhere across N California.

How far ahead should the state—county—city schedule the snow plow drivers? The chain monkeys? The tow truck drivers? The extra LEO to handle the delays?

How about the few restaurants along that route that are suddenly swamped with people trying to get OFF the roads?

There was a 21 MILE +++ backup on southbound I-15 from Las Vegas to Los Angeles over the past weekend. How far ahead could the state & municipal authorities schedule workers to handle that? How far ahead can the TV channel schedule the TV helicopters to cover the event?

A hurricane hits the east or Gulf coast. How far ahead can workers be scheduled to restore power & open up the roads?

How much advance scheduling can a hospital do to deal with such events???

Warren couldn’t handle the logistics of a lemonade stand or a Girl Scout troop cookie drive.

I knew she was arrogant beyond belief, but she is also showing us she is STUPID beyond belief.

More proof that Fauxcahontas is as ignorant of principles of business success as is Barry Soetoro.
