Richard Baris on Twitter today refers to yet another money scam out of Ukraine involving Hunter Biden for a river port involving millions.
This is no hollow open-ended request. There’s smoke there and they are going for the jugular.
Biden’s deterioration is a direct result of the Ukraine worries. He should be because the DNC Media although doing the level best, can’t contain the damaging facts in the age of internets.
They wouldn’t investigate them if they didn’t have evidence. Rudy must have hit the jackpot.

That only applies to cash transactions - cash deposits and cash withdrawals.
The banks monitor cash quite closely.
If you have an ongoing pattern of making cash deposits or cash withdrawals, even if it's less than $10,000, your bank is required to ask you the source of your cash and/or the final destination of that cash. The policy is called: “Know Your Customer.”
If a foreign bank from a corrupt country like Russia or Ukraine is making large transactions with your account, USA government scrutiny goes up 5X, even if there is no cash at all involved.
Of course, if your name is Hunter Biden, none of these rules apply.
