Need To Know is recorded in an official manner on a per-program/command basis. There is a formal signature required granting need to know by an authorized person. This dolt cannot determine NTK on his own and as you said, if the person receiving the information was not granted NTK officially, he is guilty of unauthorized transfer of classified information

There’s a very small number of people who could possibly have been anywhere close to the call in question, either actually listening to the call or otherwise in the WH shortly thereafter.
Seems the only person likely to have been involved in any discussion about the call around that time is Eric Ciaramella - let’s have him testify to what he knows about the leaking. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t - may as well ask.
