While I agree with the content of Barr's speech, I don't see it as something controversial or incendiary. Barr rightfully identifies how the progressives have successfully attacked the executive branch, but he doesn't suggest any remedies or a way to counteract those efforts.

The left knows that their supporters have become so deeply entrenched in every branch of government, especially in the non-elected, civil service positions, there is little chance to reverse the trend.
