Actually I wasn’t bragging about my health. I was just trying to say that calcium scores don’t tell all. Someone else posted a comment to my post and their doctor told them a calcium score is just an indicator to watch things. That is what my cardiologist told me too. I was trying to comfort someone who may have a high calcium score...but your saying I might just drop dead? Thanks alot.

This, of course, dispells the fake news.
I had a nuclear stress test last December along with a ultrasound of my heart. I got a great report and found my heart actually pumps above average.
I do have a right carotid artery I have to watch. Otherwise okay.

The thing is...I totally doubt this report....
I have had a heart attack due to a spasm and some minor blockage. I am in very good shape. I exercise at high levels in order to reach my target heart rate .my resting rate is about 54. In fact rehab nurses couldn’t believe how high in watts.
But I still have heart disease even though my stress test is perfect and my heart is working better than most men my age. I’m still at risk because I have plaque in my arteries and I am subject to spasms that can tighten my arteries.
It sounds like one again that the left wants to create the narrative that Trump is Medically unfit to be president. Just add this to the list of dirty tricks from their side.

I remember coach Ditka of the Chicago Bears had a heart attack caused by spasms. I think that was 30 years ago?

I’m told that spasms are major cause for women and there is hardly any studies on them. Apparently calcium channel blockers decrease risk of spasms.

Visited a great family of a young man under major surgery at the amazing Walter Reed Medical Center. Those are truly some of the best doctors anywhere in the world. Also began phase one of my yearly physical. Everything very good (great!). Will complete next year.
