I doubt the focus group told them the real reason; it was not because quid-pro-quo wasn't working; and it's not that 'bribery' will work either.

The focus group told them to make the change to "because he's 100% assured of reelection', but, that wasn't going to fly with most Americans, so, 'bribery' became Nancy's and Schiff's preference.

Laws need to be written that FORCE Political Parties, Lawyers, Industy, and Chile abusers to identify themselves to the members of focus groups.
