It is a Federal statute and stands for “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act”

Should be grounds for Bar Association punishments against the PPH lawyers and the judge. Strip them of their bar licenses for at least 6 months. That would be a great message for journalists
