I have it on good authority Schiff has the actual mattress tag Trump removed from his Serta 42 years ago.

David Brock laid it all out in advance before Trump took office in his private Media Matters/Share Blue meeting booklet

The debate of the Constitutional Convention on impeachment and bribery is fascinating. The members discussed where the trial of the President should be conducted. James Madison's Notes of the Constitutional Convention (September 8, 1787)
Mr. Madison, objected to a trial of the President by the Senate, especially as he was to be impeached by the other branch of the Legislature, and for any act which might be called a misdemeanor. The President under these circumstances was made improperly dependent. He would prefer the supreme Court for the trial of impeachments, or rather a tribunal of which that should form a part.

Mr Govr Morris thought no other tribunal than the Senate could be trusted. The Supreme Court were too few in number and might be warped or corrupted. He was agst. a dependence of the Executive on the Legislature, considering the Legislative tyranny the great danger to be apprehended; but there could be no danger that the Senate would say untruly on their oaths that the President was guilty of crimes or facts, especially as in four years he can be turned out.

So here we are less than a year away from the next election when the president can be "turned out" legally and electorally. Let's pray that Gouverneur Morris' prediction is correct that there is "no danger that the Senate would say untruly on their oaths that the President was guilty of crimes."

Reading the notes of the convention of these brilliant and serious statesmen devising the constitution of our new nation is a breath of fresh air when contrasted to the mental midgets of today's Democrat party. Even the seriousness and brilliance of Mark Meadows, John Ratcliffe, and Elise Stefanik is a breath of fresh air compared to the idiots in the Democrat party running this show trial.

As I am wondering. I think it is past what the DOJ is responsible for. It is time to march out the military and start throwing these bastards into Leavenworth and tried for treason, the coup that has been going on for 3.5 years.

The. charge of the day is that the President’s tweet this morning during the State Dept. whiner’s testimony made him guilty of “witness tampering!”

Except for the fact that this isn't a trial and therefore there can be no witness tampering. They aren't even witnesses to the alleged crimes they insisting require impeachment.

The house dems started this whole fiasco by declaring Trump guilty enough to be impeached.

Then they started looking for a crime that would fit.

They are doing it completely backwards.

Therefore I suggest that the Senate do the same thing.

They should start the trial now, and continue until the dems actually take a vote to impeach.

Imagine all the people they could subpoena.

Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler and many many more.

What’s good for the goosers is good for the ganderers.

Of course they went with “bribery” because Biden already owns “quid pro quo” and “extortion.”

Besides, most people think the Dems only pay bribes to the Iranians.
