the kid should say “If my surrogate mother has the ‘right’ to force me to do something i don’t want, then i should be aBLe to force her to get sterilized so she doesn’t have the chance to ruin another child’s life”
To be clear, she did not provide her own eggs for the conception of these boys, most likely because she was in her late 40’s when she and her husband went through the in vitro process.

According to one article, the mother is the one who has diagnosed James as having gender dysphoria. If so, why is she allowed to diagnose her child, and is this kosher with the AMA and APA? Why, if not, hadn’t an outside clinician, preferably a psychiatrist, been assigned the review and diagnosis?
She may already be sterile; James is the product of bought-and-paid-for eggs from a third party.
