I still say that using B-2 Spirits to pay a late night visit to the Turks and drop a few B61 thermonuclear bombs over Ankara and Constantinople would solve many of our problems with Erdogan and Turkey......

The US has a small number of marines who have moved into strategic positions preventing the Turkish takeover of Konbani. Turkey does not have enough troops to take the area from the very well armed Kurds in their heavily fortified positions, short of a full scale call up and maybe not even then. Both the US and Russia have prevented Turkey from using air power; sanctions against Turkey may shortly be in the works; The SDF and Assad are working on an agreement to have Syrian troops enter Kurdish territory.
Turkey has bitten of more than it can chew it seems.
Awhile ago, 40 special forces and Marines held off 500+ Russian mercenaries and Syrians. Good guys - zero casualties. Mercs and Syrians 300 dead and as many wounded.
Yes I know and so did the 350 Russian casualties
Turkey is NOT AN ALLY.
The are boxing in our troops the same way they have closed off in Incirlik Air Base and our nukes.
POTUS needs to remind the Turks who’s actually in charge.
One or two small tactical nukes on the Presidential Palace would be a good start.
