This panic is just a practice run for the next levels of deterioration of California under it’s insane Liberal leadership.

They can’t even keep their citizens from shi##ing on their sidewalks. Can’t fix roads, dams or other basic infrastructure.

They do focus well on their genitals ...

Pathetic.

This is because of the mismanagement of forests for 40 years.

You’re correct, of course.

Try telling that to the numbskulls on Twitter asking if PG&E is going to buy them groceries, to replace the ones that spoiled in their fridge.

Whaaaaaah.

So I am reading twitter #PSPS and the number of people that have no idea to do anything...Why weren’t we told, etc, etc. I knew on Spetember 30th that the power was going out. So..Before I left home to go to Fresno on the 30th, I made sure my wife had a generator ready and all the other materials needed. She set up everything that I had left and is as snug as a bug in a rug watching tv, etc... We have a Rotary phone that I call home on and she can call out because even on the best of days, cell service is spotty. Granted, the internet is down..jeez..But she has her housewives so there is that...

So If I knew back in September that this was going to happen, why are all these people screaming now?

If the greedy politicians hadn’t syphoned off all the money KKKalifornia could have a redundant power grid like Texas where electricity could be rerouted around problem areas.

This smells like a dry run for something else! Winds are calm for most of the areas indicated for power outage! Massive red flag ops in CA, wouldn’t surprise me in the least. CA has possibly gone full on communist!

See how many of the California politicians have partnered with the Chinese on environmental “green” policies.

If they can’t burn them out they will force them out with other policies. Where I live we are now seeing an influx of Californians, and we are on the other side of the country.

Considering when CA was recently trying to eliminate amateur radio. Easiest way to suppress the news?— Turn off the power- but hams are great preppers, so start a movement to make amateur radio illegal.

No appreciable wind in Santa Cruz County, but power outages effected as a precaution due to windy weather.

This is either mental incompetence at the highest levels or about something other than its ostensible purpose.

“ I made sure my wife had a generator ready...”

I hope you have the mandatory California Approved Spark Arrestor installed on that generator or she is now a criminal.

Looks like they should have no problem. They are cutting power to the least populated areas. Most people and businesses are near the bay. If they drive out to the coast, they need to be sure to leave with a full tank.

Looks like no gas from Pacifica to Watsonville. You could easily do that on a single tank, but I would expect long gas lines when you get to a gas station that is still pumping.

"Most people would want to keep the tax revenue from the world's fifth-largest economy, but not you? Oh well, the CA subsidies that are used to repair roads and other infrastructure in rural areas across the nation aren't needed then."

Given the damage that they are inflicting (and have inflicted) on our Constitution and country, you're damned right "not me". I'd rather do without the "benefits".

Thanks.
So able to top off fuel right near the airport? They need to head North on I-5 to Redding. Need a full tank for that.

Based on the maps, I think what you say is correct. I’m on a trip away from our home in the South Bay, somreally don’t have first-hand knowledge.

Just to be safe, I’d consider filling up when the tank gets half empty.
