Maybe he could start a charity. Call it the Biden Global Initiative. He could put Hunter in charge and pay him $600K a year to run this “CHARITY”. That way foreigners from around the globe could contribute to the charity millions of dollars in exchange for speeches made by Joe in the future.

Of course, this charity would have to give at least 10% of the money collected to somebody that needs it. In exchange Hunter and Joe could fly around the world on a leased Gulfstream and stay a five star hotels doing charity work.
