When Napolitano started with FOX News he used to give legal definitions and describe how they fit situations. He did not offer opinions outside of the legal ramifications of the topic. So I was surprised when all this leftist crap started coming from him. Who knew he was a queer lefty?

Even if the Judge is acting as the Devils advocate, still he steps out dangerously close to the edge of calumny and slander.
Any act may be described in both a positive and a negative light. But to artificially suppress any redeeming social benefit, while emphasizing and extrapolating possible criminal inferences to the point of near parody, really serves no one, least of all the Judge.

He’s just not an expert. Judge Nap is a lawyer and former Judge but I know a ton of those and that doesn’t make them “experts.” This is just plain ridiculous.
