Have NEVER logged in on FB and don’t intend to start doing so. Sorry, consider it my loss, but standing on principle here.

I opened it in a "New In Private window" and it worked fine. There was a login page, but indeed, the video was there and viewable without logging into Facebook.
It's a "public" video, so quite obviously, a problem on your end.

He probably has been to FB before, without ever logging in, and it's in his cookies. So, is going directly to a login page.
They are afraid to login to FB, but don't understand that indeed, FB is tracking them.
