How many other US senators ask foreign nationals to lobby congress members?

Mike Lee was a virtual clone of Ted Cruz until the election of Donald Trump. He’s gone 180 on immigration, particularly with tech migrants, and sadly is approaching the NeverTrump position of Utah’s biggest mistake, Mitt Romney.
Some say that “sponsored” Representatives should wear the logos of those corporate sponsors on their jackets — just like professional golfers — so voters could see whose “interests” their Representative really care about.
