Last winter when the polar vortex hit Minnesota a local energy company told customers to keep thermostats at 59 degrees as they could not supply the natural gas needed for the demand. Imagine when the state is dependent on windmills and solar farms for their heat and the nighttime temperatures are in the -40 range. I expect that the news will be reporting deaths due to the cold.
“Carbon-free” - this is possible only if the state were stripped down to bare rock, with no animal, plant, or bacteria inhabiting the thing. This is yet another bit of idiot sloganeering just like “climate denier” - the words mean only what the proggies want them to mean, nothing more.
