Not really a shock out here. There was a list published years ago where 80 out of the 100 Conceal carry permits were connected donors. Yes only 100 privilege persons. This is exactly why the 2nd amendment is in place.

Only the most rural CA counties may not require a campaign donation before granting a CCW permit.
