and PDJT may have committed jaywalking TOO

but so far, de Blanko and the rest of the seditious Dimocraps have produced not a single shred of evidence

that Trump has ever done EITHER!

From Wiki (hah hah hah) …

Historically, in common law countries, treason also covered the murder of specific social superiors, such as the murder of a husband by his wife or that of a master by his servant. Treason against the king was known as high treason and treason against a lesser superior was petty treason. As jurisdictions around the world abolished petty treason, "treason" came to refer to what was historically known as high treason.

So there you go. Petty treason used to be a thing … now, not so much.

The President of the United States of America speaking to a the Head of a Foreign State is an act of treason? Even if he promised something to that person, unless it’s the nuclear codes or something else that would compromise America, it aint treason and Warren Wilhelm Jr. is proving what an ignorant ass he is, thank God he has no chance of inflicting the same damage he did to New York on the rest of America.

They say de Blabio does things with llamas that you don’t really want to think about … and it’s not necessarily female llamas.

Hillary really did commit treason often, and nothing is done about it.

Low treason is what a gruntled gov’t employee would do.

Interesting. On a related note, the President can be impeached for “high crimes and misdemeanors”. That makes it sound like “low crimes and felonies” are A-Okay :D

High Treason is, as I understand it, treason from those in high office and/or toward those in high office.

It is difficult to commit actual treason toward the local saloon bartender. It is much easier to do so toward the King.

Likewise, the local bartender probably does not have the means to do anything significant treasonous, while a powerful Lord does.

Impeachment is and always has been a political remedy not a criminal.

“High crimes and misdemeanors” are what ever the House says they are, and if the Senate agrees the President will be removed from office.

The founding father’s were brilliant. They understood that it would be impossible to create a list of crimes that would justify removing a sitting President. They also understood that it may become necessary to remove a President even if they had not done anything illegally. The phrase is purposefully vague.

The Democrats could impeach President Trump on any charges they wish and if they could convince the Senate to go along with them, President Trump would soon be ex-President Trump.

But the Democrats have been incredible stupid in the way they have been going about this. It is almost like they are doing every thing they can to get him re-elected.

As long as President Trump has the support of the American people he is not going to be impeached (just look how President Clinton managed to stay in office and he was impeached. He retained the support of his base.)

You mean treason like Obama whispering on a hot mike, “Tell Vlad that I will have more flexibility after my reelection.” That sure sounds like treason to me!

No disrespect to your post, but DeBlasio has never been all that high among my “most hated” Leftists.

That’s because he’s such a complete zero — hardly worth finding a length of rope for.

Well, I’ve been taught by liberals that it’s not whether it happened or not — it’s the seriousness of the charge; and your charge is waaaaay serious!

But the Democrats have been incredible stupid in the way they have been going about this.

The purpose of the Mueller witch-hunt wasn't to find actual wrongdoing. The purpose of this impeachment nonsense isn't to actually impeach the President. In both cases, it exists to exist. To be talked about and reported endlessly on the evening news. To create a (false) impression of the "scandal plagued Trump administration, reeling from one revelation after another". Actually finding anything is counter-productive, it brings the mess to an end. That's the last thing they want.

They think they can make the American people so tired and disgusted that we'll vote for whatever their clown-show of a primary produces as a candidate.

I predict that it won't work.

Has Ukraine ever been considered an enemy of the United States? Because the Constitution defines treason as giving aid or comfort to the enemies of the United States or making war against them. Or does deBlasio think that investigating Biden the Younger is an act of war?
