“If it’s not close, they can’t cheat” works in both directions. It wasn’t close enough to need any cheating.
Note that in the hearing about the absentee ballot “scandal”, not one person testified that a single absentee ballot was falsely filled in to vote for Harris.
The issues were:
1. If people returned their ballots without witness signatures, Dowless had other people sign as witnesses, which clearly they were not.
2. Sometimes, those people marked some down-ballot boxes, because they were afraid that non-votes would raise suspicions.
3. They pre-filled REQUESTS, and took them to people to get them to submit. Not sure why that is illegal, but it clearly is not “voting fraud”.
