Anymore landlords have no say. In Oregon any tenant can move in, then a month later get a service animal and there is nothing a landlord can do, can't even charge them a pet deposit.

So we charge everyone now with a $1500 deposit on a $600 a month rental, some cannot come up with that kind of money, we tell them to write your Oregon legislature and good luck finding a place!
