From the photo, it's obviously laying on the sandbar. To us sailors/mariners, it will be interesting the exact cause for hitting the sandbar.

Some say these car hauling ships are top heavy.I've been on more than my fair share of car vessels. It's essentially an eight story floating garage and the draught isn't generally that deep.
FWIW - crew accommodations, 4 Star Luxury compared to any other cargo ship. Not too far behind cruise ships.
