She should run asan Independent candidate.
Retards. I think she was potentially rather dangerous for us with swing voters.
Do you want Trump to lose?
Not trying to ruin a good story but isn’t Tulsi Gabbard in Indonesia serving with her National Guard unit and unavailable for debate?
She would be back by then.
It’s a 2 week joint training exercise.
If the Democrats want to make mistakes, let them.
Congresswoman Gabbard rejoins the campaign trail on August 25.
The whack jobs are going to LOVE this. Lol
Pointing out the liars or targeting a totalitarian will not get you anywhere, Tulsi. The Clown Car locks the doors on you.
No.
Even as an Independent, she wouldn’t put a dent in Trump’s support.
She’s still pro-abortion, open-borders, and Green New Deal. She’s just honest about military intervention.
I predicted this would happen. And I still think Creepy Uncle Joe put her up to it in exchange for a VP spot or plum Cabinet appointment. We’ll see.
Thank you, Tulsi.
It sucks to be in that party.
You’re incorrect, and font & bold mean nothing.
Looks like she hitched her wagon to the wrong horse. I will miss the sweaty cleavage shots. No need to watch the debates now.
To hell with Gabbard. She said Trump "supports Al Queda." Disgusting smear. She also is a member of a Hari Krishna cult sect that follows an anti-White, anti-Semitic wackjob.
Tulsi Gabbard was born on April 12, 1981, in Leloaloa, Maoputasi County, on American Samoas main island of Tutuila.
Because of Obamas 8 years, we cannot get the SCOTUS to adjudicate this Article III matter for the first time in US history.
Tuaua v. United States
According to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), the people born in American Samoa including those born on Swains Island are nationals but not citizens of the United States at birth. If a child is born on any of these islands to any U.S. citizen, then that child is considered a national and a citizen of the United States at birth. In an amicus curiae brief filed in federal court, Samoan Congressman Faleomavaega supported the legal interpretation that the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment does not extend birthright citizenship to United States nationals born in unincorporated territories.
All U.S. nationals have statutory rights to reside in the United States (i.e., the 50 states and Puerto Rico), and may apply for citizenship by naturalization after three months of residency by passing a test in English and civics, and by taking an oath of allegiance to the United States. However, the INA makes clear that any national but not a citizen of the United States who at any time has been convicted of any aggravated felony, whether the aggravated felony was committed inside or outside the United States, is debarred from becoming a citizen of the United States
Gabbard is a US citizen (not a US Natural born citizen) by virtue of a statute, the Immigration and Naturalization Act, passed in the 20th century, which did not modify the intent of Article II, section one, clause 5, ratified in 1787. A statute cannot amend the meaning or intent of a constitutional provision.
Being a “Citizen at Birth is not analagous to being a Natural Born Citizen. They are not the same thing. Puerto Ricans born in Puerto Rico are citizens at birth also. None of them are Article II Natural born citizens either.
I know you don’t want Trump to lose. Sorry for my snarky response but I think she would take more votes from Trump.
