The “doctor” is a joke. Has he seen biden’s shriveled, damaged brain recently? Or is just a “friend” trying to support the unsupportable. What a joke. biden has always been an idiot.

Does he certify that his memory is sound ? i don’t think there is a test for that besides the obvious repeated mis steps on dates , events etc.

Nah, Joe’s just always been dumb.
During his first campaign for President, someone asked him about his law school record. Biden replied that he had a “higher IQ than you”, took credit for an extra degree, said he graduated in the top half of his class (not 76 of 85, as was the case), and said he had a full academic scholarship (he really had a half scholarship due to financial need).
I mean, this is the guy who said in 2006 that: “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking,”

I’ve met this doctor. His wife is a friend of a girl I was dating a few years ago.
