Taking Medicare away from those over 65 is no different than taking away their social security. This could be a layup election if this is their big promise.

When a Democrat flip-flops on a signature issue, it’s “hitting the brakes,” which is normally something a responsible and alert person does to confront an unexpected hazard.

A “public option” will edge private insurers out of the market in relatively short order. Just another way to get to single payer.
