Interesting. I’ve never never thought about a difference between an ME and a coroner. I probably thought they were the same thing.
So the ME produces an “autopsy” which is only supposed to have determined cause of death, i.e., asphyxiation by ligature, not manner of death. I think most people think that an autopsy tells you cause of death but also whether the person was, say murdered. For instance in Jaws, was it supposed to be an ME or the coroner that put out what I thought was an autopsy that the girl was killed by a shark but later changed to a boat propeller.
So what report does the coroner put out?
What indication do you have that this is “exactly as it seems”?

If you were worth $550 million dollars, why would you kill yourself despite facing 45 years in prison. $550 million dollars will pay off a lot of judges and politicians.......
No, of course not! He was upside down so his boots fell on him. Whew, you have to explain everything...
No on the video. I heard no video( on radio only) but then another radio head said they don’t have video in living quarters of the prison. That would be good to research. I do know in state hosptals there are no cameras in living areas. There are however cameras in other parts of the hospital(s) and 5150 intakes have cameras. I don’t know much about prison but he probably wasn’t in the hospital section if off his suicide hold.
I’ve also read and heard his cell was a few down from El Chapo. Has to be high secure. I just could not imagine being on that job and nodding off.
I did check for the ME report and it’s just verbals so God only knows what the actual report says. Good question no answer
Simple logic
1. A prisoner in a locked single cell is found dead with a sheet wrapped around his neck and tied to the bed frame.
2. The prisoner had previously been considered suicidal
3. The prisoner, a multimillionaire, lives in a 50,000 square foot house on his own island and now is incarcerated in a 8x 10 foot cell with no prospect of leaving same for 45 years.
4. The prisoner has good reason to believe he will never enjoy any of the luxury in life he is used to.
5. The prisoner has no reason to continue living.
Gets to live to see another day.

Glad we settled that.
I thought it was TEXARKANA-ICIDE.
I just could not imagine being on that job and nodding off.
What do you think of arkancide in general?
Epstein is ridiculously wealthy and has retained the best and most expensive criminal attorneys to fight these charges. His ego is obviously enormous. So WHY in Gods name would he commit suicide NOW - before hes even been found guilty at a trial that is still many months if not years away. Just doesnt make any sense no matter how you slice it.
you’re speaking to the quire here. I completely agree with you. Okeydoker doesn’t seem to know Clinton history.
So the bridge has already been claimed.
Wounds that are more consistent with strangulation that with hanging if you want to get technical about it. But that kind of says the same thing I was saying, more likely homicide. Or I guess he could have strangled himself so hard he broke his neck in three places.
You don't seriously believe he killed himself do you?
M.E. probably doesn’t want to spontaneously hang himself or have any of his loved ones do so...
Hanging with the Clintons is risky business.
You need a really good exit strategy.
Except there is no survivable exit strategy.
And Vince Foster committed suicide.
