Gee, Im out of my allotted 3 articles for the month. Can anyone post a couple other excerpts so I can finish reading? It must have been a big news month if Ive clicked on 3 articles from WaPo within a single month.

I’d say the WaaaaaaPo is the culprit...in the body of the story, they proudly note they were the first to notice/say t was a fake seal and “no one seems to know how/when it was put up”...
