Well, he made it so neither side can ask questions outside of the report. It’s a wash. I never ever believed Mulehead would testify cuz he cannot vary one iota from his SWORN report or be in legal jeopardy.
I think this is essentially what he begged Barr to do, to state that all he can do is reiterate his report-—but since he didn’t even write it, he needs his handlers there to tell him what’s in it.
