“There’s no question that there is a big problem in the city,” said Peter Prows, one of the attorneys on the case. “But the homelessness problem has to be solved in compliance with the law and that’s what the city is not doing here.”

Clearly, this man is exercising his "white privilege." A homeless shelter next door will be the perfect cure. Now, give them a dollar when asked and vote Democrat and you will be absolved of your sins. Oh, and make sure plenty of "migrants" and "asylum seekers" are housed there too.

The reality is that many homeless do have jobs, SS or disability checks,

...that are used to pay for their drugs and alcohol instead of life's necessities, especially when others will pay for them.

If it costs $70,000 per yr per homeless person to care for them then I suggest we give them each $70000 in a lump sum and problem solved.....they will od or otherwise disappear. I know that sounds cruel but why prolong the inevitable?
