It was from a DailyMail article about Epstein. The article introduced various women related to him, and all three of those women were.

The girl thoroughly caught and “turned out”. The girl they TRIED to catch, but got away. And the middle, older, less-attractive woman who played such a big role in catching women for Epstein.

The image of the 3 smooshed together provided a physically compact way of getting them together for the article about them, below that photo.

Your great guess about his New Mexico mansion has been overtaken by events:

The cops DID find maybe 30 girls dead and buried nearby, though not really recently.

My gut feeling is that grisly find is in all likelihood unrelated to Zorro Ranch, that they were girls trafficked by narcos and somehow had to be disposed of, in a hurry.

It's still a yuge story but....related to Epstein? I'm not sure about that.
