The ice cream brand in the article, Blue Bell, isn’t. The local grocery chain, HEB, isn’t. The new Friendly brand that has recently been stocked here isn’t. Breyer’s isn’t. Kremp’s isn’t. Walmart’s Great Value isn’t. Blue Ribbon isn’t. Ben and Jerry’s isn’t. Blue Bunny isn’t. Magnum isn’t. Gandy’s isn’t. I’ve never seen any that is.
Blue Bell is not sealed with plastic but the lids take an effort to get off. The ice cream is put in the carton, the lid put down and then the carton is flipped upside down.
I guess they got tired of tide pods.
People are disgusting.
I haven’t seen a plastic seal on Bryer’s. But I only buy their low carb so it may be on some or only in certain areas of the country.
