So correct and this is reflected at the pumps. You can only upgrade old refineries so much but capacity will be reached. New grass roots facilities need to be constructed

There is no such thing as energy independence It's all about perspective.
We would be affected. Price is price, it's a world market. But if prices jumped, we'd be better off if the money is staying here.
