Twitter here (and the LiveLeak video) shows this man here (not the elderly man who was also bloodied) with the result of getting hit in the back of the head when his back was turned and an Antifa terrorist came up behind him, whacked him in the head with a crowbar, and split his head wide open.
Andy Ngo, an elderly man, this man here, and even another man was kicked relentlessly while on the ground by at least half a dozen Antifa terrorists.
Mayor Ted Wheeler, who runs the city, you or these terrorists?
And if the mayor is doing nothing to stop whom the gov’t has already labeled as domestic terrorists (Antifa) then he would be giving aid and/or comfort to terrorists and thus can be arrested right now on the spot.

Portland is a Democrat paradise, a sanctuary city. That means that criminals may run rampant, especially if they are like Antifa, a criminal gang allied with the Democrat Party and the Progressives.
Mayor Ted Wheeler not having the cops shut these Antifa terrorists down completely for a long time now should constitute him giving aid and/or comfort to those already deemed to be a terrorist org by the DHS.

Isn’t this partially what local militias are for? I can’t imagine any nearby militia which doesn’t lean left would tolerate this behavior, especially if “their own” came under attack. This is just unacceptable on the part of the local government.
