Neither the Legislative nor Executive Branch appears willing or able to deal with the renegade Judiciary Branch, which was intended to be the least powerful, and most passive, one.
Generally, I think neither wants to do so (Trump aside), since they agree with the leftist agenda, and this allows either to feign innocence.
What’s UNCONDITIONAL is this nation wide power grab that consistently over rules the Trump presidency. Accordingly, an unconstitutional law or legal ruling is CONSTITUTIONALLY unenforceable. The US Constitution either matters or it doesn’t. This country is in dire need of correcting these liberally biassed judiciary discrepancy or come to terms with its unjust rulings.

Yesterday I was listening to WMAL’s drive time show and some callers were upset that the President is not doing enough to secure our borders. I was steaming mad—precisely because of crap like this. The Donald is trying—and being thwarted by rogue traitors on the bench like this P.O.S.

Ignore him and move on. Let the courts tie themselves in knots while the wall continues to be built. The lowest level federal court should not be able to dictate national policy.
