When a man or women becomes 18 years of age he or she is consider an adult. You can vote. To impose gender altering medication or even surgery is simply child abuse in the extreme until they become of age. After 18 it is their choice but not before.
My playmate in my youth was a tom girl. She was just as tough as the rest of us boys. At 13 years of age she started becoming an incredible beautiful woman. She still rode horses and was a virile beautiful woman. Her sexuality was never in doubt, nor her chastity must to my regret.
In her earlier years when she played with us boys in boy games, should her parents questioned her sexulity? She was just a normal kid that grew up into a most beautiful lady.
So far life in the 20-teens has been like living in 20th century horror movies.
Speaking of mutilation; there were several girls to boys transsexuals who had had their breasts removed and were marching in the Boston gay pride parade naked from the waist up with huge ugly scars where their breasts had once been. Things you can’t unsee.
