My vote is for fake news. The dimoKKKRATS are trying to push President Trump into a war with Iran.
It takes four authors to write a story? What nonsense! He “pulled back.” How do they know? Pure unadulterated crap.
For what it is worth ABC reports the attack was cancelled due to fears of civilian casualties which I find hard to believe. Did they not see the risk to civilians as they made the plan to begin with?
Shannon Bream on Fox News is just now repeating what you posted! hmm
Whatever this means.
Who knows the truth until our President does whatever he chooses to do.
I don't think this incident will lead to full blown war. Whether I would welcome such a war is another matter.
These ragheads have done this stuff before. Operation Praying Mantis cooled it down. The same strategy will probably be applied. Those Iranians love those mines.
Thats what I am thinking. He is messing with their minds.
I am watching Shannon Bream right now.
Exactly
Who is the senior administration official who leaked this to the treasonous NYT?
Or was this leaked on purpose?
We have a 30+ year history with these jerk offs. Payback is way over due.
Not MAGA anymore, it is now KAG. Great way to pivot and take away a leftist attack point.
That is not true at all. We still need to import about 5MMb/d oil.
How much petroleum does the United States import and export?
In 2018, the United States imported about 9.93 million barrels per day (MMb/d) of petroleum from about 86 countries. Petroleum includes crude oil, hydrocarbon gas liquids, refined petroleum products such as gasoline and diesel fuel, and biofuels including ethanol and biodiesel. Crude oil accounted for about 78% of U.S. gross petroleum imports in 2018, and non-crude oil petroleum accounted for about 22% of gross petroleum imports.
In 2018, the United States exported about 7.59 MMb/d of petroleum to 190 countries and 4 U.S. territories, of which about 26% was crude oil and 74% was non-crude oil petroleum. The resulting net imports (imports minus exports) of petroleum were about 2.34 MMb/d.
That does sound hard to believe. I would expect military installations to be the primary targets with relatively few military personnel present much less civilians.
Alternatively, the strike might have been intended for leadership which might incur some civilian casualties but can’t imagine they would call it off for that. If that’s who you want to hit you hit them.
Of course any speculation depends on believing the reports.
Yes, I just got off work and now Tucker is on!
I miss all the news as it’s happening.
My phone keeps me updated and of course you all do! :)
Wow.
Need a Paul Harvey "Rest of the Story" on this.
Trump knows that even a small limited strike would reek havoc and start something we dont want to get into!! It was an UNMANNED drone we dont need to stir the hornets nest!! I dont feel good about Bolton being at the helm in the administration, Graham is another one that is a war monger, we have been in the Middle East long enough let the Saudis deal with the BS over there, UNLESS there is a direct attack on Israel!!!!
I’m not worried about anyone influencing Trump to do anything he doesn’t want to do.
sounds to me like more completely fabricated “news” from The Slimes ...
Iran does not want the status quo. The Iranian regime wants war or concessions. They are baiting the U.S. and I think the Russians are egging them on. If China can’t get oil from ME, they will need more from Russia. Moreover, the price of oil goes up which is good for Russia.
Russia is very close to Iran and its former republics line Iran’s border. Russia can firmly easily re-supply and send in equipment and advisors. They will prop up the mullahs and won’t let Trump put in a pro Western regime.
Trump needs to stay out.
