Yeah, one thing about Vietnam is there are little cemeteries and tombs everywhere, even in the middle of rice paddies and duck ponds. Found an interesting blog post on Vietnamese cemeteries here:

One tomb has a swastika just like you said.

We have a lot of Buddhist gravestones around here. But they use the Dharma Wheel if they use anything—I’m sure because of the negative connotations of the swastika now.

It doesn’t make any difference to the WESTERN world what it stood for in Asia.

All that matters is that in modern terms, no matter which way it faces, it’s a symbol for Nazism.
