The banana in the tree was a funny one.
Most seem to have a few things in common. One being the hoaxers are rarely charged with a crime. Like false accusations of rape, there can be serious consequences for the falsely accused, including prison. These hoaxers should be dealt with in a serious manner befitting the crime.

Hoaxes aside. What exactly is an 'act of hate', much less a 'legitimate' one, in 2019?
