Effective solutions to the problem of a hostile population in close proximity are well known and there are many historical examples of how these can play out.
It does not usually go well for the hostile population if they are a minority group.

What do you have in mind? “Effective” solutions are often not ethical solutions. I hope you’re not considering the Final Solution as a template.
I think the globalists are trying to get the American public into a race war as a rationale for imposing an even more draconian police state and a means of dividing the public so they won’t combine forces against central government authorities.

The people who believe they are in charge (or believe they should be in charge) of such things are taking us down this pathway. And all they need to do is screw things up a bit more.
Calls to appease minority groups lest they become angry and violent do not help matters. We always get more of what we reward.
I would prefer a prosperous economy in which racial and ethnic differences are perceived as unimportant and populations merge over generations. That has happened in certain times and places. It requires Governments to take less so ordinary people can have more. It requires ordinary people to back away from using Government as an engine of theft to enrich their faction.
Less government and self government is the common denominator. If we had a lower tax and regulatory burden that created a booming economy, many in poor areas would leave for a better life. The cycle of violence in inner cities would burn out on its own without SWAT teams and armored vehicles.
The Federal government needs to be dismantled with power sent back to the states and local governments. Even in this case a Fed was used to make an arrest.
But we know that’s a big fat pipe dream. The central government will never relinquish an iota of its power and money. Crackdowns will get worse not only in black communities, but in lower middle class white communities, and mixed race communities. VDH mentioned in a short but good article that middle class feels oppressed by the royalist government bureaucrats.
