Exactly, Hoover is NOT the enemy here and he did not expose the King of perversion.

More importantly, King was deeply in bed with America’s enemy -Communism -for a decade, as documented.

They literally ran his entire organization and wrote, scheduled and directed his speeches for years. Plus they funded him and his activities.

The CPUSA plan was to cause intense racial insurrection and for a Black Nation to emerge in the South of the USA.

It would be interesting to see how much Communist money was likewise funding the Black Panthers or Malcolm X during this time frame, or Rev. Wright, years later.

The question is why is this info being released and promoted now. After the coup attempt, they need to woo back those on the right that have an antipathy towards King and other civil rights leaders.

Not everything is part of ‘timing’ or a conspiracy towards or against potus.

These docs just ‘fell out’ and the author is an obsessed individual who studies every iota miniscule detail on King with a mind like a steel trap. He dug for months and this is what was there. And there’s probably more. And listening to a rape tape must be much worse than reading the factual account on paper.

From the full article, 90% is clipped for the 300 word count allowed.

In December, Garrow discovered this stuff among 54,000 new papers and went to the major MSM’s with what he knew. They ALL refused him, so he took it to the Brits, 6 months later. The Left does not want this story. They prefer to deal with it down the road, or never.

If Obummer knew what had been contained in the files or the tapes, it would have all ‘been lost.’ No one expected MLK’s mess to fall out with the JFK paper trail, but it did.

This will draw no Blacks for Trump to the left or pull any to the right. It has no bearing on Trump or the anyone else but King & the King family. They’ve always known and Mrs. King heard the tape.

The only thing is proves is that those opposed to naming King a holiday were correct. Many of them knew what he was and were shouted down and labelled racist for not conceding.

And they need to stop attacking Founding Fathers when their icon is found to be 100X worst.

They could have done several things:

1. Interrupted the rape, making it look they were hotel employees/ DC cops.

2. Arrested REV. Logan Kearse of rape and (possibly King for accessory.)

3. Arrested all these people/prostitutes at the sex parties.

Instead they did nothing, for years. I guess porno was not available back then and King became their cheap entertainment.

If they wanted to stop him, then, they should have. Instead they did nothing. Plus the FBI failed to inform Kennedy of the magnitude of the Communist Party funding through King’s CEO. The threat of communist influence had taken a back seat to FBI voyeurism of King’s tawdry sex life.

And what happened to Levison and the commies in the SCLC after King’s death?

FBI's long-buried allegations of MLK misconduct met with skepticism. Andrew Young spent hundreds of nights with Martin Luther King Jr. traveling and living out of hotel rooms .... said, did he see, hear or witness the salacious accounts... of King's alleged sexual activities ~snip~

Leading off the article by quoting a Soviet asset in King's defense is not a very persuasive way to cast skepticism.

If rapists were employed, the rock must be destroyed!

If the audio tapes exist, King's statue we must resist!

TEAR DOWN THIS ABOMINATION!

The Baltimore’s Sun article was a full denial for the first 500 words or more, and later, buried at the end were the facts. I chopped and diced, accordingly.

YI think the information should be released, but I also know that a lot of voters are ignorant and easily manipulated by identity politics. I agree that people should be able to separate the idea of what MLK stood for publicly from the man he supposedly was in private, but many aren't capable of that kind of rationale thinking

Until the actual tapes are released I don't think it will be an issue, but when they are the left will try to use legitimate attacks on his character, as attacks on the civil rights movement. Not everyone looks at these kinds of issues in a rational manner. You can see how easy it is to divide people by looking at groups like BLM lying about the Michael Brown shooting, and then seeing some on the right immediately start siding with law enforcement in cases they shouldn't like the Philando Castile shooting.

There are a lot more people on the right who look at the evidence in each case before forming an opinion compared to the other side, but there are still plenty who blindly side with their team before they have all the facts. That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about trying to avoid if possible. I think we should release all documents from the 60’s showing the disgusting things going on behind the scenes with civilian leaders, along with people in our government.

Young, like Jackson, wanted to be Dr. King’s successor (assuming that Rev. Abernathy would relinquish his place in line).

Young’s leftist background is not as back as those of Abernathy, Jackson, W.T. Walker, the insane Rev. Shuttlesworth and wife (he’s in jail or was for raping his daughter), Rev. Ms. Willie Barrows - hardcore communist), and others.

Now as to what he knew or should have known from the grapevine, only he can answer that (unless the FBI had a tap on his lines too). However, he did cover up for Dr. King’s Marxist and sexual connections and misconduct.

However, he would never testify before Congress (a 5th taking I’m sure). Not sure what he would have done before a grand jury.

Until FBI, CIA, and NSA files on all of the SCLC key leaders are released, the coverup of both Soviet penetration/CPUSA penetration and direction of Dr. King and SCLC will remain unresolved.

From the standpoint of this researcher of 50 years on communism, the whole of SCLC stank up to their red (and opportunistic) necks. As for the truth, the Left and their media toadies are not interested.

Young was the one whom JFK chose to deliver the message to King that King had to stop associating with Stanley Levison and Jack O'Dell because they were Communists; Young delivered the message, and O'Dell publicly resigned from the SCLC (while King continued communicating with him secretly), but Young then brought O'Dell back onto the SCLC staff in 1970, per Andrew DeRoche's biography of Young. There's also some stuff on Young, Jesse Jackson, and O'Dell working together during Jackson's PLO period in Kenneth Timmerman's Shakedown. I'll also include the KeyWiki link for Young: Andrew Young.

that King that was an enthusiastic witness to a rape, it rest on the FBI summary of what transpired January, 1964 in King’s Washington hotel room. The summary states, another minister (Logan Kearse) and unspecified other men discussed which of the “several women ‘parishioners’” brought to the room by the minister would be “suitable for natural and unnatural acts.” After one of the women objected, the other minister “immediately and forcibly raped her.”

Mr. Garrow also quotes a handwritten annotation in the margin that reads: “King looked on, laughed and offered advice.” Garrow said he believed the typed summary, and the handwritten addition, were based on the actual contents of the tapes, rather than an embellishment.

Citing a passage in his 1981 book about the F.B.I., he noted that he first heard hints of an alleged assault around 1980, when he interviewed several Justice Department lawyers who had heard the King tapes.

Garrow was so enamored with King in the eighties, that he chose to white-wash King’s legacy; now the cold truth presents itself in print, which fore-shadows an ugly audio tape release of the same exact event(s).

When Congress debated the MLK Holiday proposal decades ago, these same DOJ lawyers and Garrow himself, should have privately disclosed the contents of the King tapes and the tapes should have been reviewed rather than buried.

Hmmm, that’s interesting. So first Andrew Young warned King (which MLK ignored), then the President and AG-Bobby had to step in... Note the final three paragraphs 6/22/63:

....Stanley David Levison was a secret member of the Communist Party USA, in charge of handling the party’s finances and its “reserve fund,” while the party was secretly funded by the Kremlin.[1] He was also a top adviser to the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King.

The FBI first learned of Levison’s secret activities on behalf of the CPUSA in 1952, when brothers Jack and Morris Childs—two Communist Party functionaries who had been close to Levison since the 1940s—became FBI informants.[2]

In 1956, King’s personal assistant, the socialist (and ex-Communist) Bayard Rustin, introduced King to Levison, who quickly became King’s “most influential white counselor.” On January 10, 1957, King founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC); six months later, an FBI memo reported that a redacted source—either Jack or Morris Childs — “stated that Stanley Levison is now a CP member with no official title, who performs his CP work through mass organization activity.”[3] But the FBI still hadn’t made the link: In September, Hoover instructed agents regarding the SCLC, “In the absence of any indication that the Communist Party has attempted, or is attempting, to infiltrate this organization, you should conduct no investigation in this matter.”[4]

In 1958, James Jackson, Communist Party Secretary in charge of “Negro and Southern Affairs” said that he and Communist Party General Secretary Eugene Dennis had conferred with “the most secret and guarded people, who are in touch with, consulting with, and guiding [Martin] Luther King,” according to Jack Childs. These were “party guys, far removed from the top but [who were] playing an important role in guiding these fellows [King and associates].” Jackson thought that “this group may be important in Negro work.” On May 6, 1960, Childs reported:

“ Hunter Pitts [Jack] O’Dell is working full time in connection with the King Mass Meeting to be held in Harlem on May 17, 1960. Working closely with O’Dell are Stanley and Roy Levison [Bennett]. The CP considers [the] King meeting of the most importance and feels that it is definitely to the Party’s advantage to assign outstanding Party members to work with the [Martin] Luther King group. CP policy at the moment is to concentrate upon Martin Luther King.[5] ”

During this period, the FBI discovered that Levison was in frequent contact with KGB agent Victor Lessiovsky,[6] who was in New York under cover as special assistant to United Nations Secretary General U Thant. Lessiovsky specialized in recruiting “third world peoples” as Soviet assets[7]

On January 8, 1962, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover informed Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy that Levison was both “a close adviser” to Dr. King and “a member of the Communist Party, U.S.A.”[8] On March 6, the Attorney General ordered the FBI to wiretap Levison’s phone, and some of his conversations with King were intercepted. On June 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy met with Martin Luther King at the White House.

“[President] Kennedy took King into the Rose Garden for a private chat. “I assume you know you’re under very close surveillance,” Kennedy said, putting his hand on King’s shoulder. Then he told King that Levison and O’Dell were communists and were under the control of the Soviet Union. “You’ve got to get rid of them,” Kennedy said. The president argued that Levison and O’Dell were still active in Communist Party affairs. Disclosure of their communist ties could weaken chances for civil rights legislation, Kennedy said. “If they shoot you down, they’ll shoot us down, too,” the president said. Bobby Kennedy later recalled it was a harsh exchange.

“The president was very firm and strong with him,” Bobby said. King was dismissive. “He sort of laughs about a lot of these things. Makes fun of it,” Bobby said. King challenged the president’s facts about O’Dell’s communist activities. “I don’t know he’s got to do all that—he’s got two jobs with me,” King shot back. Besides, King said there was no proof that Levison was a communist agent. King’s defiance clearly upset Kennedy. At one point, the president’s face turned red and he shook with anger, according to King.[9]

The President warned King that Levison was a “Kremlin agent,” telling Dr. King to get rid of him. King looked the President in the eye and promised he would. But King merely pretended to break off contact with Levison while actually continuing to confer with him through intermediaries.[10] Levison remained close to King until his assassination in 1968.

from Conservapedia

Also note that after Levison’s ‘official’ withdrawal from CPUSA, he and his twin brother still manage to donate approx. 3/4 million dollars to the same organization and these are not wealthy guys. They are collecting and shifting $$$ about to aid communist causes. Undoubtably, considerable sums are washing through King’s SLCL, as well. It explains King’s lavish road trips in swank hotels criss-crossing the entire country, living like a rock star -boozing with groupies.

Our opponents never do that. I was talking with a liberal acquaintance and he said that Robert E. Lee statues had to come down because they symbolize slavery, while MLK statues symbolize the black civil rights movement.

Who gets to decide what something symbolizes. Will all disputes always be resolved in terms of the leftist interpretation of history.

King stands for retarded liberalism of the mid century, Boomer's idealist and guilt-ridden politics and the dismissal of hundreds of years of acquired wisdom in favor of radical new concepts. Concepts that have largely failed.

We lost the right of free association in the USA as part of the "deal" in the Civil Rights Act of 1965. No, you can not refuse service to anyone you want to.

We gained affirmative action, a curse that will still be with us 100 years after MLK's passing. That's his true legacy, gibs forever for "protected classes.

MLK, as others have demonstrated on this thread, was supported by and supportive of the Communist Party. He was not a loyal American.

And now we also know he was a whore-monger and participated in rape sessions.

Yet you are still urging us to "separate the idea of what he stood for" from the man himself.

That's just really sad.

Well stated Jack.

Civil rights were not being shared with women in MLK’s presence since he participated in a rape session or where woman were coerced to perform ‘acts’ against their will. He physically assaulted a woman the night before he was killed, according to Rev. Ralph Abernathy.

His taped conversations both before and after his ‘sex parties’ confirm what was recorded in his hotel rooms. And there’s the ‘Oslo incident’ in the hotel hallways that is a total embarrassment overseas, as well. This man had no shame and disgraced himself, his family and the civil rights movement. While some of the other pastors in his realm carried on the same as King, most of them were respectable decent men of God.

King was the charismatic speaker who delivered the speeches his communist staff was writing for him. We need to appropriately rename the holiday and honor all the others who were leaders in the forefront of the civil rights movement- Civil Rights Day would be perfect.

“‘The group met in his [Kearse’] room and discussed which women among the parishioners would be suitable............ the Baptist minister immediately and forcibly raped her,’

Note: the typed summary states, parenthetically citing a specific FBI document (100-3-116-762) as its source.

I don’t really disagree with most of what you said. I’m not arguing that we shouldn't’t talk about MLK honestly. I’m talking about how the left can use things against us in 2020. I’m not talking about allowing the left to silence us. I’m talking about not allowing them to turn this old issue into a racial issue right before a huge election we have to win. There are a lot of ignorant voters that are way too easily manipulated in this country. We have to fight the left with everything we got, including their own dirty tactics, but until we get control of our education system we can’t expect things to change for the better.

That’s something that needs to be part of our long term strategy, but we need to have a great short term strategy to even make it that far. The far left has almost taken over our entire education system and media outlets. That's how they've gotten so far with outrageous BS. It's getting so bad it's starting to cost them, but they are also censoring conservative views now. We have to fight them all the way. We've seen the brutality of the extreme left throughout history everytime they've gain power. Getting Trump reelected, taking back the house, and finding more overall success when it comes to replacing the republican establishment with real republican patriots are a must in my opinion.

TRUMP 2020!!! - MAGA!!!
