Read the title and thought he was an officially sanctioned aid worker. He is not. He is some regular Joe Shmoe who wants to help people break the law.
As typical, headline is dead wrong. He’s facing prison time for harboring illegals in his home, transporting illegals to his home, and then denying entry to ICE to collect said illegals.
Had nothing to do with him giving food, water or clothing to illegals in his many dumps throughout the desert.
There is a certain degree of jeopardy when you follow the Boss’s rules and post the title exactly as it is presented in the target document.
But I’m happy to follow them as long as he will keep me on the unpaid staff!

Maybe this guy can contact Peter Fonda for advice on how to contact Peter’s MS-13 buddies while he is in the slammer, and post some pictures on El-Faco-Booko.
He’ll have plenty of ‘time’ to help out many, many, illegals in our federal prison system.

Maybe he should move to LA or SF where his efforts would be of more value.
They should be arresting the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for aiding and abetting the import and employment of illegal aliens.
He is causing more deaths than he is avoiding.

The supplies are an attractive nuisance.
What we really need is a motion sensor that will notify the Border Patrol when someone takes those supplies. Arrest, 6 months at hard labor, and then ship them back to the southern end of Mexico by old boats.
And that's what happens to "The Rule of Law" when aiding and abetting criminals becomes being "a good Samaritan"....
We also need to charge those in Congress who are aiding and abetting illegal immigration into this country, along with state, county, and city officials.
If we pull out all the stops to secure the border and end illegal immigration- that would also end the things that go with it like illegals dying in the desert. There would be no reason for them to keep coming.
