There is a dark side to the tenth amendment (states’ rights) and California is it. Still, if the pro abortion side is so concerned about murdering babies in the womb, they an take up a collection to bring such women to Ca. or New York. In terms of the Constitution, it is good that Roe v Wade is in trouble. One can look at it that way, too. Even Alan Dershowtizt criticized Roe v Wade.
